Ann M. Hoscheit, O.D. Dr. Ann M. Hoscheit is an optometric physician and partner with Gaston Eye Associates, an 8-doctor optometry/ophthalmology practice in Gastonia, North Carolina. Dr. Hoscheit is a graduate of the University of Houston College of Optometry. She completed her residency in ocular disease/hospital-based optometry at the Albuquerque V.A. Medical Center. Her professional experience also includes serving as assistant clinical professor and clinic director at Nova Southeastern University College of Optometry. Dr. Hoscheit has published and lectured on numerous topics, including: bifocal, toric and cosmetic contact lenses, clinical lab and imaging studies, pediatric primary eye care, ocular emergencies and ophthalmic pharmacology. Dr. Hoscheit has been inducted into the Gaston County Women’s Hall of Fame, which came on the heels of being named Gaston County’s Business Person of the Year.
